Our mailboxes are simple to use and can be loaded onto any device or using a mail client on desktop pc or mac using either POP3 or IMAP.

If you plan to use multiple devices to check your emails then you need to use IMAP. For example, you can have email on your phone, tablet and your computer. When you delete a message from your phone, it will also be deleted on your other devices and vice versa.

If you use POP3 then the emails that are sent to your mailbox land on our server and then when you connect you remove them from the server. This means if your device dies you can loose emails or if you have a new device you will need to migrate.

Once we have provided you with the new mailbox details you can set up mailboxes onto your devices using:-

Select the account type, select IMAP is recommended.

Your User Name is your full email address.

Your Password is your mailbox password, which we will have supplied you with.

Your Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server are both mail.[domain name], where you replace [domain name] with your domain name.

So, for example, if your name is Bob and your domain name is mywebsite.com:

User Name: [email protected]

Password: password12345

Incoming Mail Server: mail.mywebsite.com

Outgoing Mail Server: mail.mywebsite.com

In the Advanced Features for Outgoing Mail Server, there may be some additional settings that need changing. Please make certain that:

You are using the default ports (25, 465, 587)

You are not using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)

You are using Password for Authentication
